No comment..........;) But I've had good luck with Ultra PSU's in the past. You might Google for a few reviews.

I had a generation one X-Connect and never had problems with it. One issue is the Ultra X-Connect 2 550W does not have "active PFC" but should be enough for most systems but if you want highend SLi/Crossfire maybe read this: http://www.legitreviews.com/article/348/1/

OK they said to be careful of pushing too much on it, here is what I plan on having going in my system:

Optical Drives: 2xLG 16x Super Multi DVD burner
HDDs: 2x SATA 40g raided, and 1x 250gig IDE
GPU: 1x X1900XTX
CPU: FX 53 with a bit of oc
Cooling: Corsair Nautilus 500
Other Case Items: 4 80mm case fans with blue led daisy chained to a speed controller, 1 120mm fan, an LCD (only a small one for temp readings), 2 temp probes, and 4 small leds one in each corner of my case at the front.

I have the aspire X-navogator case incase you were wondering to try an get a better idea of tha fans/LCD/ Smalll leds

You should be fine since the X1900XTX requires 30A on the 12v and the Ultra 550W has 38A I think.

Ultra products have the reputation of being competent components, but nothing spectacular... It's a lot of "flash", but they deliver when needed. (I do like the look of their PSU's though ;))

That is a 130nm size AMD processor, not 90nm. Adding that GPU and some OC on both and I think you have reached the limits of that power supply, you will need to watch your voltage rails closely to ensure there are no issues when you first start using that rig.

You might try this: http://extreme.outervision.com/psucalculator.jsp Simply overclocking that processor is going to suck up as much power as AMD's current high end dual-core chips, if not more.
