For Free you pay shipping...

I have no use for it now...


Ok, Guys this was a SilverStone LC20M HTPC Case..

But I pulled the VFD Disply out to canabalize the parts and combine two VFD's I have together to make one that does what I wanted it to do..

Basically it is now just a SilverStone LC20 Case... there is nothing wrong with it, just pulled the VFD is all...

I got an Antec Fusion for review, review will be up soon, but it did not have Remote function, but it does have a cool volume control knob... So I de-soldered the control knob connection from the Antec and attched it to the SilverStone VFD, so now I have the perfect HTPC case!!!!!!

Woohoo!

Being an unemployed hardware whore who hits the "new posts" button every 5 minutes has its moments :D

Now to score a VFD... I'm guessing the bay VFD thing Silverstone sells is exactly the same thing (but in a bay box) but... maybe there's a cheaper kit out there? I'll have to look around I guess. :)

Don't worry... Keep watching, I have a whole bunch of stuff to get rid off.. even the stuff on the original list...

Hmmm just like a pusher eh? The first shot is free, but once you're hooked... :)

I'll stay on my toes though, it sounds like Dracos has plenty of cool stuff to snag. :twisted: And I'm easily distracted by .... oooh, shiny!

I just got the case, woohoo!

It's looking pretty good too, some wear but nothing I can't fix. :) Now I've got to decide if I want to stuff my HTPC into it... :)

Hey cool.. I just saw this post...

that was quicker than they said, which is a good thing
