Mine was a CM Centurion 5. I loved the preforated front with its filters.
Also the blue anodized trim was really nice.

The case seemed so solid you could park a car on it, and it was about $45...
Everyone post a link to your favorite cases so we all can see them...

Of all the cases I own it would be my Cheiftec Dragon (http://www.chieftec.com/products/Workcolor/Dragon.htm) case which I wish I didn't sell :(. I currently use a CM Centurion 532 (http://www.coolermaster.com/index.php?LT=english&Language_s=2&url_place=product&p_serial=RC-532&other_title=+RC-532+Centurion%20532).
If it was a case I never owned it would either be the CM Stacker (http://www.coolermaster.com/index.php?LT=english&Language_s=2&url_place=product_list&p_class=614), TT Armor (http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/product/Chassis/fulltower/armor/va8000bws.asp), or Lian-Li PC1000 (http://www.lian-li.com/Product/Chassis/Middle_Tower/V_Cool/M_V_C_PC-V1000.htm).

Werty the Lian-Li is a really nice case. Excellent fit and finish. But $$.
I remember when I bought it I thought they messed up cause the mobo was upside down, lol...
The other thing I noticed was the side panels were so thick!

Yeah Lian-Li have some great case but damn expensive. When I first saw the interior I thought it was a weird design as it was conventional like other cases. The BTX style mobo tray is neat.

First would be my U2 UFO next would have to be my Lian-Li. TT Shark wasn't bad for a pre-mod. Both of my CM Centurion 5's were pretty good. I'm really looking forward to giving the up-coming NZXT Zero a run as well.

That would be my current thermaltake armor.

Hmm, would have to say my favorite at the moment is my TT Matrix (without window). It's a great size and feather light, plus the airflow is wonderful. Not that I'm a wimp, but I just don't care for heavy steel cases any more like the one Chieftec Dragon I had. Plus that was huge.

ya my friend, tomo has that case and it is unbelievably light. i like the fact that the antec atlas also has very good airflow those 2 big fans in the front. even with the exhaust and the side fan for the gfx card. kinda ugly though :P, not sure bout weight, hope its light cuz im gong to lan parties :P

Hmm id have to say my Antec Sonata II has been very nice so far. With my Copper Tower112 and 3 HDs its kinda heavy but still nice. Next case is going to be a Mid Tower TT Armor. Ugly, but idc.

Well, I've never owned one but I've long been interested in the U2 UFO cases. http://www.mountainmods.com/ (http://www.mountainmods.com/) Always wanted one, now especially as I have an interest in watercooling and triple 120mm sized radiators which those can accommodate with every possible other watercooling thing with ease...
If you were only asking about cases owned: I'm reserving judgement on my P180B, once I get a nice and toasty GPU inside of it I'll have to see what happens. It suffers from moderate intake problems, as you would expect with 2x120mm fans blowing out and 1x120mm blowing in. Diverting air up from the bottom chamber to combat this seems to so far only be a gimmick as the slot does not open nearly wide enough.

Kougar, wait till the CM Mod contest. The one im building is a lot nicer (way more finished) than the Mountain mods stuff.

I'm all ears then! Well, all eyes rather... That was one thing I noticed and didn't like, the cubes didn't have alot of the finishing touches with the metal work or craftmanship... but being able to hold an entire watercooling system, lots of room for other things, and one or two triple radiators is something most cases can't do without heavy modding. I'll definitely be looking for your entry when their contest is finished! ;-)

I'll be the judge of that .......;) I've seen a lot of people try and out do a UFO and very few have passed it. There have been a few, I'll give you that, but the costs have been extremely high along with time spent.............;)
Mountain Mods new U2-UFO Horizon is a really nice case, but then so is the price.......Maybe I can get a review sample of this one as well.

Ur right Sbrehm, the mountian case is cool. They do have to make a profit to keep going.
Mine is a one off. But I promise you have NEVER seen anything like it...

Don't get me wrong, you'll more than likely have a great looking case, you do great work. But 90% of the average people in this world couldn't make their own case let alone one of high quality. Mountain Mods is a company that fills the need for people that either don't have the time or skill to build their own.
If it wasn't for review samples (same goes for all the cases I have) I couldn't afford to own a Mountain Mods case of any sort, I'd end up going back to building my own stuff again (which I may end up doing anyway).

Retail, there aren't any, but there have been a few people on different forums that have tried to make cubes that large and with the same basic design.

In terms of pure asthetics, I'm a BIG fan of the Antec P180 (A or B, it's all good):

and it's little cousin, the P150:

My favorite of all time is one most of you are too young to remember, the Chenbro Genie...arguably one of the top 2-3 cases ever made!

The case that I currently own, Thermaltake Soprano, that's my favorite case!!! I like it's sleek design and look.
But of course, if I had more budget, I would go with the Gigabyte Aurora3D at that time...:???:

Hmmm... I wonder why I never heard about the 3D Aurora before... I just read a 07-2005 review of the case. It really looks like the installation is really simple and that the cooling wirks pretty well with that case.

I think it's not "that" popular, but once you see it or read about it, you start to like it...at least it worked for me...now that's one of the cases I like the most...

But aren't the cases that make this kind of reaction the most popular?

Not always... Sometimes it takes some time to get used to a case...
