[Travis Millican - 09/06/2006] 1st, I have another account[ login: crabtoes@cox.net pw: *****]. I can`t seem to change the email and since that email is no longer valid. I created this account. The two cards i own are: pv-t70f-ydf9 s/n ***** pv-t70f-ydl9 s/n ***** When i use the first card i get a popup from nvidia saying "The Nvidia System Sentinel is reporting that the graphics card is not receiving sufficient power....the graphics processor has lowered its performance...." I have updated to latest drivers, and RMA`d the power supply. But i still get this error on this one card. i have tried both cards individually in another computer as well and still this one card is the only one that gives me problems. When i put the cards in SLI i also get the warning. So in short, 1 cards works by itself and the other doesn`t work by itself, and when i try SLI mode they dont work either. They have been working together fine until recently. I had made no changes to my computer and all of a sudden started getting this message. I toubleshooted it and think i have narrowed it down to this one card. I bought the second card so i could use it in SLI but am unable to because of this problem. Any help is appreciated Travis Millican

I've never RMA'd anything from XFX, so I can't help you there... but just out of curiousity, what power supply (PSU) are you using? It could have an impact on your card(s) if it can't deliver them enough power...

And, if you re-read the instructions, they're fairly clear. You must include your original sales invoice/receipt, and you are responsible for the shipping charges it sounds like, as follows:

"Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and risk of lost or damaged merchandise during shipment to XFX"

And you have to make sure that a signature is required for proof of delivery.

You must also write the RMA # clearly on the outside of the package. I don't know personally where the RMA form is though...

Oh, and send them ONLY the card with no accessories, as you will not get them back. XFX will service the CARD, and they only need the card.

Hope this helps...

i am using the bfg tech 650w power supply. in fact after this started happening, i rma's the psu and still got the error. since i had a enermax noisetake 600w psu laying around i actually isolated the brand new bfgtech psu to supply only the video card and the noisetake to to supply everything else. even with this setup, the one card failed but the other card runs fine i am getting >12v while the card is in tested with a voltmeter....

Hmmm, I was not even aware that BFG was making PSU's :? That's too bad about your cards :( I do hope that someone can point out the RMA form for you. XFX Help Desk is usually pretty helpful, so I would expect a response very soon ;)

Dear |D|-crabtoes, There is no RMA form necessary. Please just ship the card with the requested invoice to the address provided as per the instructions.
