Does anyone know if the dell 2407wfp is considered the best bang for the buck? If not what are you using if you've got one? Does anyone wished they had not bought a 24 inch monitor?
I've got LG $600.00 19",,," I know, what jackass bought a $600 19" monitor" and I like it,,, but you know, size matters,,,right?

I have a 2407 and love it. Bjorn also picked up one last week.

The Dell 2407WFP does seem to take the cake! Here's the latest review I've found on it that I am reading through: http://www.biosmagazine.co.uk/rev.php?id=525 (http://www.biosmagazine.co.uk/rev.php?id=525)

The only drawback besides the price, would have to be that Crossfire or SLI is mandatory if you want to game at the native 1920by1200 resolution. And boy, you will sure has heck will want to after the first time you play Half Life 2 at 1920by1200!!

I am satisfied with my 22" Viewsonic VX2235WM LCD. To be honest, I think it's even a bit too large...so 24"??? I personally think it's too much...

But if you decide to go for 22", I'd say, go with Viewsonic VX2235WM (like mine) or...if you want 23" go with their "Pro" model, Viewsonic VP2330WB!!!

Lots of good 24"ers out there these days, but as Kougar said, you'll need top end video to beable to game effectively on one............;)

I really like the Samsung 24"er myself, except for the price that is..........:(

I have the Dell 2405FP and I love it. 24" is definitely not too big. It takes a bit to get used to but once you use it for a bit you'll never want to be without it.

My problem is I need a more powerful computer to feed this thing. My 6800GT with a 3ghz P4 just doesn't cut it.

Okay, since this falls in line with Cotex's thread... I think I may have found a monitor that can one-up the Dell 2407WFP, but it's so new no one has it yet and the prices are higher than they ought to be. So, anyone know anything about the monitor or this review site? Anyone use them and could answer if perfect scores accross the board are common? Judging by scores alone, the 2407WFP is in trouble...
