Is there a certain kind of comp you dream about?

Big, Small, Shiney or All in one?

My newest is a Very quiet/Cool Running HTPC (home theater PC)thats a Gamer with SLI a TV tuner good sound and remote.

Bigger is better...

I started to say that Apple Mac Pro running two quad-core Clovertowns would be my dream machine, but honestly that isn't quite what I would like.

I think the RAM alone is $800 not counting two of the specially designed Dominator RAM coolers... I'd probably need whatever PSU Scott is using on his beast of a machine. And I'd have to hire Sbrehm to install my watercooling, just because I don't think there is anything on the market that could handle cooling that kind of rig.

Abit AW9D-MAX
2.66ghz @ 3.33ghz Kentsfield (Stock volts would get this)
4gb Corsair XMS2 Dominator PC2-8888 RAM
Crossfire R600 (ATI has the superior DX10 core design, other drawbacks aside)
Scott's PSU
All watercooled
BenQ FP241W 24" Widescreen

I have no real dream system, I live pretty much in the real world. I just scrimp and save and get the best I can at the time I'm ready to build. I can't afford to be wasting time about what the future might bring, live for today as there might not be a tomorrow...........;)

Meh, this is probably pretty much the same for everyone. The best that's out there at the moment. Watercooled and noiseless.
