This post is to inform an XFX tech that I attempted to reply to my open ticket (#65463), but the page is "temporarily unavailable." I will attempt again to respond tomorrow, but for now, my response was as follows:

---------

My motherboard BIOS is updated, and graphics card is using version 91.47 drivers from xfxforce.com.

3DMark test (default settings) results were:
SM2.0: 1900
HDR/SM3.0: 1953
CPU Score: 845

Here are notes I made during the tests about artifacts and other abnormalities:

*on all black/load/wait screens, noticed substantial colored pixels at random locations*

GT1: sporadic artifacts at 1:20, 1:30-1:40 marks

GT2: colored pixels, cable-like artifacts at :10-:43, :51-finish

CPU1: N/A (< 1 fps)

CPU2: N/A (< 1 fps)

HDR1: heavy artifacts from boat, blinding light :15-:20 mark
artifacts from dragon, flashing black screens with colored pixels at :50, 1:10-1:16 marks

HDR2: screen flickering colors, primarily purple; heavy artifacts
VERY heavy artifacts at 1:00-1:105 mark

Unfortunately, this is the only computer I own with a PCI-E slot, so I have no way to fulfill your final request. I hope this information helps determine the best course of action.

That's correct, and I've already received a response. I mentioned it in my reply, but I'll say it again here: thank you VERY much for the prompt response and service, it's much appreciated. :)

I wholeheartedly agree. To have a single place where users and support can discuss various issues outside of the standard help center is a fantastic idea. Thanks, Scott. :)
