well, this was very strange, i loaded up bf2 and it froze, had to restart, and then it did it again, so i put everything back to stock sttings in the bios and it was fine.

however, i did lots of cable mangament, and moved all the fans round, and turned it on (this is prior to the crahses) and i noticed the PSU fan wasnt spinning, and while i was playing bf2 i felt the psu and it was really hot, you could barly hold your hand on it, so is this a psu issue, why all of a sudden would my overcloks become unstabele?

Yes if the fan in the power supply is out the supply is overheating. The hotter it gets it power output will drop and the machine will start to lockup.

I would replace it ASAP, if it totally fails it could damage parts of your computer.

You should consider getting a higher wattage PSU since 430W is not enough for your setup.
