Most boards don't have a speaker since cases have them but since your doesn't just pick one and throw it in your board. If all else fails you can go by a tried and true saying: "RTFM" ;)

Main issue here everyone is his case doesn't have a speaker so the those connectors don't help at the moment and the board looks like it has a place for a speaker but there is no speaker actually installed on the board.
My advice is to buy a speaker at a radio shack and connect it to the appropriate connector on the board.

Not that a speaker is worth a damn, but here is an example of a speaker that plugs into the SPKR posts. They usually come in short and long wire versions. This is a long wire version.

easiest thing to do is just find a scrapped out case at a computer shop or something a strip out the speaker and plug it into your board.

Exactly, normally there are connections for an internal speaker attached to the case there.
If you solder a buzzer where you pointed, it's possible that it will not work since there could be some missing components around it.
Here I edited the page 2-35 of your motherboard's manual to know how to connect the PC speaker. EVERY internal speakers that are not on the motherboard have a suitable 4-pin connector to fit in there.
Sorry if the forum's system resized the picture.
