"Video Game Decency Act of 2006 becomes the second House bill to target ESRB game ratings."
And the beat goes on...

They're planning to spend about $2 billion on building a useless wall. Since when in history did a wall actually work? Now that they've blown through enough money that they could have used instead to fix a great many social issues across the US, they must waist their time over pointless laws that if they manage to get passed will just be struck down in court, at the expense of more tax dollars. I'd expect nothing less from today's Congress.

Considering most gamers are adults these days, does this stuff really matter anyway?
If you asked real gamers, I bet they would say censorship or its opposite, violence & sex, doesn't really matter at all... What matters is making good games, and there's no law about that!
You still can't return a buggy game to the store in most places... Shouldn't that be illegal?

Someone has to make bumperstickers that say this, I just know it. :???: This'd be the only sticker I'd care to have...

I think a bumper sticker is where I actually saw that a long time ago, Kougar.
As for censorship and games, my belief is that if parents did their jobs with kids as they should, it would be a total non-issue. Not that I'm suggesting at all that government should be in the business of parenting, if you know what I mean.
