I have spotted this RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820231084
It's a 2 x1GB set of 5-5-5-15 1.9-2.0V G.Skill which costs $255 shipped. Can you find me something better? It cannot go beyond 2.0V, for compatibility's sake.
Thank you!

DDR2-800 RAM... I assume 2x1gb?
Specs claim 1.9v, price is $215 after MIR. It is OCZ EDGE memory, but those are some sour ratings... anyone's guess how many of those were BIOS issues. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820227030 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820227030)
For 2.0v, and a little more there also is OCZ http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820227120 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820227120)
I'd personally recommend Corsair XMS2 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820145590 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820145590), 1.9v RAM that works error free at 1.8v if needed, $240 after MIR.
If Corsair doesn't work for you, then, for $265 ADATA has 1.8v DDR2-800 RAM http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820211066 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820211066)

I wouldn't touch this RAM again if they gave it to me. Funny how my negative review disappeared.

These both have good reviews, but the Corsair is getting more then a few people with big problems who still rate it a 5. Also seems like a lot of dead modules in the set. I think that G.Skill might be looking better and better.

Well, I don't give their reviews more than a passing glance and about the same weight, 99% of it is always chaff.
I stand by Corsair's XMS2 kit, it works at any voltage within 1.8v to 2.15v, runs at least 250mhz above it's 800mhz spec while maintaining stock timings. I can almost but not quite get 3.6ghz to run stable, and the FSB is the limiting factor on my build. I should have waited and bought a bigger C2D. ;)
I've owned some TCCD G.Skill DDR RAM, kit could run up to DDR600... yet it had some serious compatibility issues with my Abit IS7. I was reluctant to buy anything again other than Crucial RAM, but now I'd say the same of Corsair.
