I got two Thermalright heatsinks up for sale one is an SI-97 for Athlon XP, however maybe it could be modded to use on an AM2 CPU for there is a rather small modification you may be able to make which is shown here (http://www.thermalright.com/a_images/si97a/product_si97A.jpg) where the gap is. S-type heatsink clip can be found here (http://www.thermalright.com/a_page/main_product_accessories.htm#acc_sclip) Asking price is $16 plus S&H.
