Hi, since I have left two messages with your tech support and have not heard anything I thought I might try here as response times seem very quick...

[CURTIS - 10/26/2006] awaiting replacement to ship
[kristofer brozio - 10/30/2006] Hi.. I was wondering about how much longer it might be? I`ll happily take an upgraded card to replace that one..
[KEVIN - 10/31/2006] Kristofer, your card is currently not in stock and shipping had to order a replacement from Hong Kong. The shipment`s ETA is 11/3/2006. I apologize for this inconvenience. Thanks.
[kristofer brozio - 11/03/2006] SO? Did the cards come in?
[kristofer brozio - 11/06/2006] Hello.. Is anyone there? I didn`t really think this would take this long.. I kinda need that card back, I now have a system without a vid card.. not a good thing..
-------------
So, anybody?!?

Wow, a month is quite a long time to wait, but it's only been a week and a half since they requested a replacement, just be patient. I'm sure someone at XFX will take care of you ;) :)

We apologize for the lack of communication as we are still working out the bugs on our new system. As you know your video card is not easy to come by and we have now received the needed replacement. You will be getting an email in about a day with the Fedex tracking number.

Sweet! Good (or in this case, great) things come to those who wait 8)
I'm glad that it all worked out for you.
It appears as though they have gone the extra mile to support you.
Congratulations to you and a big "hell yes!" to XFX!.

ah well..
finally got the card today..
and it's the same one I sent back basically.. the 256mb version... not the OC 512mb LE version he said on the phone
it's in a retail pack and it says it is the 'Game Bundle' so I was like cool at least I get some new games, open it up and nope no games... just the driver disc and the accessories..
haven't tested it out yet to make sure it works yet
Oh well, at least I got the card back.... thanks for that anyway

At this point I don't care about the other card...
I have a card finally to replace the other one, it's fine, I spent my $600 last year and I still have something to show for it...
consider it finished as long as this card works, I'll test it tonight
