We do have French support when you select your region in the support ticket choose "Europe" but if you live in the North America or South America and need an RMA it will have to be done through the North American office. When it comes to the 7950GX2 (I have the same card) it is always very important to contact your motherboard manufacture for instructions. This card as you know is two GPU's connected by a permanently bridge and many motherboards are confused by this bridge, thus requiring a special motherboard bios/chipset driver combo to work properly. Also try removing any add in cards like a sound card or TV tuner card temporarily to see if there may be a conflict there. Look forward to hearing how it goes.

After mani search I found an interssant article. It speaks about this problem and it seem that xfx would be with the current problem but xfx has to remove voluntarily all the topics treating of this problem on their forum. It is deplorable of your share. And now xfxsupport you suggest me to see whit the motherboard manufacture. You silly.Take your responsablility and affront your problem.Xfx is an amateur in buisness. After that what you suggest me ? ,undercloking my m520  :coocoo: Now i know why your online support doesnt n work.

For information for futur buyer don t buy an xfx card beacause is an dishonest buisness and the proof if xfx control this forum this topic will be probably remove. For person who understand french : http://www.presence-pc.com/forum/ppc/Hardware/TOPIC-UNIQUE-Nvidia-Geforce7900GT-GTX-bugs-problemes-hardware-sujet-24420-1.htm

The reason you may have been asked to underclock your video card is to test it. For instance if you were to underclock a video card that was causing crashes or artifacts and it no longer had a problem then you can determine that the video card is faulty at that speed (factory set) and needs to be RMA'd.
