$120USD or 120CAD? that should be enough for a PSU that can power your rig.
Any quality 550-600W PSU should be enough.
CoolerMaster iGreen 600W - $119.99

Mushkin 550W - $89.99($79.99 after $10.00 Mail-In Rebate)
(Original Price: $99.99
Instant Savings: -$10.00)

Antec NeoPower NeoHE 550W - $114.99

I would go with the Mushkin.

I haven't old them and yes i am form Canada eh. LoL Thanx but im not sure which one will work with my motherboard. I not even sure how to really tell . Or if any power supply will work. Also rob i require more power than sam and tomo because their computers are more energy efficent mine is not and i also want to overclock this p4::-D

This one for $95 is better (http://www.canadacomputers.com/index.php?do=ShowProduct&cmd=pd&pid=010915&cid=PS.808) than all the rest listed above at $120 or less including 600W rating units.
