Problem with XGEAR gamepad

I have a corded XFX XGEAR gamepad (USB).
It has a digital pad + 2 analog sticks.
I'm using a PC with WinXP Pro (Service Pack 2).
When I go to Windows' Control Panel -> Game Controllers and double-click on "XFX Game Controller" I get a screen with Left Analog and Right Analog displayed. When I move the left analog stick, the position is reflected on screen. But when I move the right stick, nothing happens (position stays centered).
Does anyone know what must be done to solve this problem?

I take it you downloaded the driver and software for the controller. Make sure the button next to the left analog stick "Mode" is lit up otherwise the right analog will not work.

Thank you, pressing the Mode button did the trick. I used the drivers and software from the CD that came with the gamepad.
