OMG!!! :jawdrop: Did you guys already read it??? I must tell you pym, you really DID IT this time. I really liked your review, even more than your first one!

You really made me want to play this game, and after I've read your review, I think I'm gonna run and purchase a copy in the next few days!!! ;-)

The game looks AMAZING, and I really like games that LOOK GOOD, sometimes even if they not exactly the type of games I like...

Anyway, I like this genere, and though I always had difficulties in playing the previous Splinter Cell games, as I really suck in "sneaking" and "being quite" (if you know what I mean), but there's no chance I'm gonna miss the opportunity to play this one!!!

Thanks a lot for another WONDERFUL review and keep up the good work you're doing!!! :icon_tiphat:

You're WELCOME!!! Just keep bringing us such GREAT reviews!

BTW...can we make some requests for future reviews? If so, I would be more than happy to read a review of yours on "Alan Wake" game that should be released somewhere in the beginning of January 2007...

I wish you to be the first one to make a review on this game...;-)

Hey Pym remember me :)
I remember when you started writing reviews for bjorn3d a while back.
Of course I haven't been around for so long but anyways I just want to tell you Congrats on your reviews because they are very profesionnaly made.
If you ever have a chance I know you like Adventure games as much as a do so if you ever get chances to review some it would be nice.
Of course not many like us likes adventure games :( but anyways.
Take care pym and very very very ... and so on nice review for splintercell.
It looks like the kinda of review you would find on IGN or gamespot.
2 thumbs up.

Hey Schwarz! of course I remember!
Listen guys, your compliments are really making me blush now...
IGN??? GameSpot???
I really don't know what to say ;)

P.s
I will be glad to write a review about a good adventure game.
Problem is it is rear to see an adventure game released...

Problem is it is rear to see an adventure game released...
Why??? There are plenty of new adventure games!!! Well...of course many of them are not "that" good, but take for example Broken Sword 4, which was released about 2-3 months ago and is considered a pretty succesfull adventure game!

Another one I liked that was released recently is Secret Files: Tunguska, which was released about a month ago. I liked it very much, but the critics gave it a pretty low score (6.9 or 7.0 at GameSpot if I'm not wrong).

Oh...and who can forget the long-awaited Runaway 2 that should be released on the begining of 2007...

So...please pym, don't say IT IS RARE to find new adventure games to make reviews on...

In global, you're right, zachig.
But I meant it is rare in comparison to other geners...
Also, adventure games are not exeactly what they used to be.
They combine action and mix more genres into the gameplay in order to keep "breathing" in today's industry and demands.

Yeah, I knew that what you meant, I was just kiddin'. And beside that, not everyone likes adventure games, so it's better to write reviews on more popular games...

Actually not many really likes adventure games.
BTW i'm currently playing Broken Sword 4.
I'm at Mama's Meat Factory.
I'm a little stuck but then again I haven't looked much yet.
Oh and i'm really waiting for runaway 2.
Dream of the turtle or something like that.
I played Sam and Max, Cultural shock recently.
Its really short and easy but really fun and funny.
Has anyone played it besides me lol :p

I did a quick run through to see how the graphics are and they are very nice. Maybe I'll play it after Warhammer 40k Dark Crusade; argh no time to play all these games that are released.

Oh wait I forgot one thing ,.... another great review pym http://img116.imageshack.us/img116/1266/thumbup2mb0.gif

Dark Crusade is a great game!
You should find the time to try Double Agent, if you find the genre appealing. It is really fun.

I really am speechless when reading all those compliments!

Thanks again!

I was gonna give the FEAR expansion pack a play after I am done Dark Crusade but I think Double Agent is bumped up as the game I will play next,.... followed by Chaos Theory since I never played it either.

Didn't try F.E.A.R Extraction Point yet, but I hear it doesn't bring anything new to the gameplay. If so, that is too bad...

On a side note about Extrac. Point, total waste of money. No new area/building schemes, I mean, the two or three new weapons are nice, (MORE BLOOD! ;-) ) but, yes, it doesn't really expand FEAR all that much, and as one of the reviews I read AFTER I got the game (I tend to do that, and as I say it, I feel all the stupider), you get the sensation of "OMFGWTFH!?!?!?" in F.E.A.R. when Alma or Fettel appears and then fades away, but in E.P. its more of a "Oh. . .demonicly possessed girl. *Walks off*"
Don't get it.

On the note of the review, very, very nicely done Pym! And I have to agree, on par with IGN and Gamespot, though admittedly, Gamespot reviewers seem to be getting stupider, so more on the side of IGN.

Werty, Chaos Theory is immense fun, I still play Co-op and the occasional VS on it, though mostly Co-op with a friend of mine.

And now if you'll excuse me, I have to find my AWOL CoH CD 6 and wait for DA to d/l from Direct2Drive. Well done Pym.

Yup, I heard Ectaction point brings noting special.
Thank you for your kind words, [HoV]Destroya!!!
Hope you'll enjoy DA as much as I did.

Same thing for me.
I didn't like the first mission though but the game is actually AWESOME.
I'm up to the terrorist base where you have to plant a trojan and a bug in the base.
Really fun and heart pumping.
I was stealing medical reports or whatever and the girl was on her computer, I was right behind...no really thanks pym for making me discovering this awesome game :)

Really?
I agree with you... i just started playing and i also think that Splinter Cell : Double Agent offers A LOT !!!!
The graphic details are GREAT !!! you can actually see what Sam Fisher feels by the look on his face !!! I really liked it !!!
I also loved the way that the night vision looks there...
The game really offers a lot, i'm really having fun playing it !! :-)

About the facial expression it is so true.
I was telling my girlfriend to look (even though she dont care) how sam fisher looks dumb when he gets caught the the terrorist base.
It kinda zooms on his face and he's like uh...I got caught...
I play on my 52inch monitor with a custom resolution though.
1176*664
I had to do it in the INI file.
But I never seen such a magnificiant game...
I mean wow you can see the little snow reflection or the stain less steel's reflection in the elevator.
It is really a masterpiece.
Ubisoft is GOD when it comes to graphics.

I guess I should ask Ubisoft for some precentage of thier sales...
I "sold" 2-3 copies of Double Agent ;)
