CoH crashed about 10 minutes into our game, and then it wouldn't open anymore without crashing. I removed and reinstalled it, but it was still not completely stable.

I couldn't figure out what was happening, so I removed drivers, reinstalled, etc. Still, problems only in CoH (and FEAR). So I decided to monitor the temps on my 8800 GTS. They start at about 65 idle, and soar to 100. I opened the side, and behold: dead blower fan on my 8800 GTS.

Damn it! So I take it apart, and manage to get it to work again, but I can hear some clicking so it is barely back to life. Let's see if I can find an aftermarket replacement for the BFB1012L fan.

Wow, crappy. You haven't had that thing very long. I'm guessing RMA isn't an option since you opened it up to get it to work. Bummer...

It was sent to me three weeks ago for review, so I am not sure how companies handle RMA's for review products.

It shouldn't be a problem though, nothing was removed, and I didn't do anything noticable.

Jeez, barely 3 weeks and the fan died? Just how far did you push that thing?! :P ;)

man that sux I hope you can geta rma, I take it you didnt pay for it if it was for a review though
