Become more educated about upskirt

Upskirt is a term which refers to images that expose the view "up" a woman's "skirt" (or dress).
It's now required that all digital cameras in Japan make an special noise when taking a picture.
"Visual Only Upskirters" just attempt to see, but not photograph, underneath a woman's skirt or dress.
