I think we all know that the little sensor bar going on the top of the TV with the Wii is an IR source.
Well, we've got our Christmas tree right next to the TV and when you go in the menu screen to adjust the remote's sensivity there are dozens of flashing white spots :lol: they're acting as an IR source! It's not fun to play like this...

The TV stand has wheels, it's just easier to unplug the lights actually.

Yeah, too bad you don't have a video camera to tape it with. That would make an excellent viral video along with amusing the general community. How did it take you to realize what the issue was?

Dunno, the remote was acting wierd, I thought the sensivity was probably misadjusted, and when I went in the options, I was able to see lots of little dots.
Yeah, too bad you don't have a video camera to tape it with.
I could film it on a digital camera.
