Nope, this is the filler between the 680i-SLi and 650i-SLi; its the new 680i LT-SLi board.

No, the 680i and 680i "LT" are different boards. eVGA probably has a "LT" version out too.

But the one we have been seeing out there, was the regular 680i board?

Yes, the "680i-SLi" is the one you see all over and the "680i LT-SLi" is a new model. Just take a look at this chart ocrrestry of nV News (http://www.nvnews.net/reviews/evga_nforce680i_lt_sli/index.shtml):

http://www.nvnews.net/reviews/evga_nforce680i_lt_sli/images/comparison.png

eVGA does indeed have the LT model listed:

For the Canadians out there looking for the LT model:

XFX 680i LT-SLi - $229.99CAD (after a $10 instant rebate) (http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=23393&vpn=MB-N680-ILT&manufacture=XFX)
eVGA 680i LT-SLi - $249.39CAD (http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=23341&vpn=122-CK-NF67-AR&manufacture=eVGA)

Me either to be honest, but a good looking board never hurts either.
