Please if you have an issue with an XFX product create a separate thread if you are looking for help, don’t add your info into an existing thread. Of course feel free to add your input to other threads, but if you create a separate thread for your situation it will make it easier to ensure your issue is looked into and followed up on.

I agree, with motherboard support also coming here we need to keep organized.

can I also add that if it's tech related problem, please list your detail system specs, it would be much helpful for the tech support to assist you.

What i fail to understand is why a topic must be authorized by someone in order to get posted.
The way i see it all of us have bought hardware from XFX so basicly we are customers not just forum members right ?
I do understand that if anyone made a new topic there would be 10 times the topics we have now but ive never encountered this kind of authorization in any forum ive been in and especially here since its all about XFX and customers this shouldnt apply.
I may be wrong but thats how i feel.

Its to prevent spammers so new users have to go through this process.

As Werty said, Bjorn3D.com has major issues with spammers, so much so that it was decided to require all new forums members to have their first several posts require moderator approval to protect our forum members from excessive spam. This policy only affects new users and is temporary, once you have several posts then you automatically have a full member account and don't have to put up with the authorization delay. :icon_tiphat:

Have you noticed that bjorn3d compared to MANY other tech forums does not have any spam.
Since this authorisation rule has been in place we have not seen any spammers recently.

There's many companies that sponsors BJ3D and also trust BJ3D in having specialised forums for tech support and so the forums need to remain clean.
