Nvidia is starting to push the DX10 revolution - Nvidia techs are helping CapCom port the "Lost Planet" game into PC.
Nvidia rep Ken Brown said in an e-mail, “We're working with Capcom to bring this title to the PC and include DX 10 graphics. We've provided the dev team with DX 10 graphics cards and are providing them ongoing technical assistance.”I guess the support for the Gefoorce line will be great...

Nvidia always seems to put a lot of support behind their products, so I'm not surprised. I am surprised they're pushing dx10 as hard as that. I thought they would hold off the push for a year or so until more people had Vista running.

Now that these cards have launched, I can safely say they are pushing for DX10, because that is the only reason to buy an 8600GTS over a somewhat better performing 7950GT. ;) Bjorn3d will have a review up of these cards tomorrow...

I wish that the driver were supported more;-)
