Kougar ran into some issues with some benchmark software. We have the cards and planned to release the review today but some issues slowed him down.

The review should be up in the next day or two.

Thank you for understanding,

Scott

Along with the NDA date passing by there are some bangin' new drivers out that I am gonna have to try out:

8 Series card - WinXp/2K 32-bit: http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_2k_158.19.html

8 Series cards - Vista 32-bit: http://www.nvidia.com/object/winvista_x86_158.18.html

8 series cards - Vista 64-bit: http://www.nvidia.com/object/winvista_x64_158.18.html

7 series cards - Vista 32-bit: http://www.nvidia.com/object/winvista_x86_158.18.html

7 series cards - Vista 64-bit: http://www.nvidia.com/object/winvista_x64_158.18.html

For those who don't have Vista and have a series 7 card there is a v158.16 WinXP/2K 32-bit driver out which is supposed to be released with the 8600 cards and so far they have been given nothing but positive feedback on other forums.

I gave them a try and no problems so far plus they gave me a nice little performance increase; these drivers are keepers.

Interesting new drivers... they still list the now 6 month old 93.71 drivers for Geforce 7-series cards however.

Ya, they are so busy to spoil the release of the R600,that they forgot to update their site with the latest drivers.
