I do know that the bundle is different the SE only comes with 2 SATA cables and the others come with 6, and power addapters for SATA
Its has a different NF number in the model number so its a 63 and the others are 68. Other than that i'd like to know that the difference is. A visual inspection of the board says it looks exactly the same as the others.... i must be missing something

I've been lucky in the past with EVGA's contests so I'm crossing my fingers for this one.

What, no QC support?? Yuck....
"SE" on ATI cards always meant Super Economy edition, it usually had features removed or disabled. Sounds like the same for eVGA then.

"SE" stands for "Special Edition" and supposely this board was "engineered for Core2Duo overclocking".
OK i found it this board dose not support the quad core CPUs.
Where does it say it doesn't support the Quad2Duo CPUs? It supports the Quad2Duo CPUs with a FSB upto 10066Mhz.

If you look at the product spec sheet the Core 2 Quad is not listed. However it dose appear on the main page of the product. Looks to me that some one got lazy with page design and just did a copy and paste without double checking the work. So i checked newegg and some other sources and they too do not list the Core 2 quad as supported.
Also it has less USB 2.0 (6 as apposed to 8 or 10 on the other two boards) Miner difference though i think that main one is not supporting the Core 2 Quad to bring the price down so more Core 2 Duo users would buy there products. because there is very little other differences between the 680i boards they have (excluding the 680i LT ones)

Its a 680i board so why wouldn't it support the Quad2Duo CPUs?
I think you should check the specs sheet again: http://www.evga.com/products/moreinfo.asp?pn=122-CK-NF63-TR&family=20
The SE is meant more for the Core2Duo though.

Like I said the web page has it listed but the PDF spec sheet dose not. where the other ones specifically say Core 2 Quad. Witch one is the typo? your guess is as good as mine. But if it did then there would be no reason at all to make a mother board that is exactly the same as a models already on the market. I don't think that is it a new version of the existing board simple because it has a different part number 122-CK-NF63-TR the others are 122-CK-NF68-T1 and A1. The part in bold would tell me that is is a totally different model. Other sites also list it as not supporting the Core 2 Quad. (newegg, Tigerdirect...) Any way you slice the dice if I win it I'll take it ;-)
