XFX 7900GT 520M problem

Well i got XFX GeForce 7900GT 520M Xtreme 256MB GDDR3, PCI-Express, ViVo, 520/1500Mhz

And i got the same problem as all the others on the forum with the artifacts dots and grafic glitches in games, but thing is that i have replaced the stock cooler, with an Zalman VF900-Cu and put on some heatsinks for the ram that followed with the Zalman. So can i just put on stock fan and remove the heatsinks, and try and get an RMA and send in? Or do i have no rights since i replaced the fan?

And i live in Norway/Europe

Well not even tryed to overclock it =) ,, only changed the fan becuase it makes so much noise the stock one. But i will try and get a ticket
