You need your product number or product serial code, both of which are on the box and board itself. Link (http://www.xfxforce.com/web/support/showSearchDriversSerial.jspa;jsessionid=aY-gc7aLi7m_O7nwck)

Last I heard is that they are still in the process of updating their web site to include Bios updates for all the MoBo products. I would open a support ticket and ask them to send you via email the bios update for your product. They are nonmally very quick in their responce to questions and problems, just not on weekends and after hours, they do not have 24/7 support.

If you need the bios update for this motherboard go ahead and start a support ticket at www.xfxforce.com and then PM me the number. I can email to you until its linked on the website.

I whole heartedly agree! Aditionally we could carry the latest drivers and motherboards.

I am waiting for two days for answer from xfx tech support. Nobody answers at all.
I have several problems with 680i sli main board and I need new P28 bios.
My ticket numbers are 92494 and 29394.
What is the problem with bios downloading? I am Intel user for over 15 years and I never had such a problem. In worst case, they replace my boards in 3 working days (avoiding dealer). XFX said that they are company with great support. Where is it?

You'll get faster support by making your own thread and mentioning the problem you are encountering and posting your support ticket(s).

I don’t understand what you mean, all the bios version are easy to get, I mean all bios in every version is there on the site, in fact it is listed what is upgraded to and different fixes, not only one.
The optimal setting for every bios to avoid it not to boot is listed also.
So if you need a different bios version, there`s no problem, you don’t have to use 8 days looking for it or browse the internet about it.
The card is rock stable, no problem at all, it is not listed as a problem board nowhere, just google it.
It has no defects in the board, I have never thought to rma and order asus p5e x38.
Also is their xfx nforce 8800 rock stable, no problem.
The customer service is great; the tickers are all answered fast, only 4-7 days and counting, very good!!
I would recommend all to go XFX (Extremely Frustrating Extremely)
Before XFX user screams their heads of, yes this post was meant to be ironic.
