We're in Australia, and in september 2006 we purchased a computer system including an xfx 7900 GT graphics card. All has been going swimmingly until last night, when games including Far Cry and Everquest II started developing graphics glitches, similar to ones posted by other users here with the "rainbow" lines showing across game screens and items in-game suddenly stretching out along the horizontal or vertical axis.
We've gone to the xfx support page to try and register our card under warranty to get it repaired or replaced, but whenever we get to the point where it asks for the serial, we enter the serial precisely as it's written both on the physical card and on the box and we get an error stating that it is invalid.
This is frustrating enough, but none of the 'contact us' information seems valid for users in Australia. So now we have a card that we think is possibly borked, at the very least it's not a happy card any more, and we're not sure where to turn for :help:
