Which Nvidia drivers are you using?
I hate to say it but Nvidia's Vista drivers are just not up to snuff. Come to think of it neither is Vista :frown:

Also you can try the beta driver from Nzone as well as it has added SLI support for Vista. What motherboard are you using? If you have already started a support ticket at www.xfxforce.com then PM me the number. Do the video cards work properly by themselves?

158.43 just let out today and one of the main points is Vista and SLI. Keep us posted.

I just had a thought and wondered if someone has already tried it. When I tried to install the 7600gt xxx cards under xp sp2 I did at first get a problem where one card was not being picked up properly. I just remember how I sorted it. It was by installing each card individually, Then put them both in and sli kicked in. my problem seems similar on vista moment i.e. one card not working after work I am going to try installing them separately and see if that resolves the problem.

it did not work. It even found some 160.03 beta that did nothing either.

Running to the shops and buying the latest version of windows while it's still "new" has always been a bad idea. I usually wait a while for another release. Gives the developers a chance to get a proper working release. (while getting income from the first release) Sorry Microsoft but I'll wait for Vista x64 SP2 or something like that.
I rekon you should stay with XP until the rest of the PC world & Microsoft can sort Vista out. (New program = Plenty Bugs)
As I understand it worked fine on XP?
