View Full Version : Mushkin support (or lack thereof)

Greets to all,

First time poster. I came here with the hope that I may be able get some support. I have tried to register on the Mushkin web site forum, but they never send me an activation email. To add to my frustration, I ordered some RAM from them and, after a couple of terse email conversations, I was informed that my item was out-of-stock. I was told they were expecting to receive my product the following day and would ship it out as soon they could. This was Tuesday, May 8. One week later, I still have not received my order, nor have I received even a tracking number or courtesy email notifying me that my order has shipped or explanation to why there is a delay.

Hopefully someone from Mushkin still reads this forum and will help me. As it stands now, I will never buy from them again based solely on their lack of support, notwithstanding the quality of their product.

Sorry about your issues which occured during signup, I will be testing if I can reproduce this issue with a few different email address with different webmail's today.

Can you provide me the account name of your mushkin forums, so I can manually active it, if its the same, I will have done it already for you after reading this post.

Sorry I didn't get to see your post to just now, I am very active in these forums.

Once active, I will PM you, and will need full name, and order #. Then I will try to get you a tracking number for you, or any information that will help.

edit, sorry noticed I helped you out yesterday, and once I again my apologies for the issues you have received. Hope you enjoy your memory you received yesterday. If you need any help, just let me know, i'll be glad to help.

i have had nothing other then the best support from mushkin, let gddogg help you out and i bet you will be impressed.

Thanks for the compliments. I for one appreciate them :grin:.

I have already helped him out before his message was authorized for posting, guess he had issues activating his account at the mushkin forums, which led to him posting in a couple other places to get help. He is happy now I believe :grin:.
