I got the email from the rma department last night however after reading a couple times it seems like some things were left out. I underlined what im talkin bout. do i need to contact xfx support to see whats going on or will they email me with the replacement info? Thanks

Thanks for the heads up on the message. We just switched over to our new software and that is a less then stellar message that will be addressed. I will team with support to find out what card they are going to use as a replacement.
