Hi,

I've started a ticket with XFX support for a problem I'm having with my 7900GT (distorted textures, blue and green dots, etc) and a tech has been in contact with me and asked a couple of questions, but nothing has happened for a couple of days now. Is that normal or am I expecting too much?

Well the xfx guy is a busy man, and as far as i know he doesnt work weekends? So just have some patience and it'll be worked out

Post your support ticket here and XFX support should be able to help you out faster. Keep in mind though support is only available during weekdays..., I think.

I wouldn't expect him to work weekends, but he's been awfully quiet Wednesday to Friday. Ticket number is 91913 if someone nice wants to take a gander at it on Monday.

Still nothing from the tech guy, that's nearly a week now. Would be nice to know what's happening.

I will toss them an email, but please keep in mind I am apart of the North and South American support team, while I do work closely with the European team, they are a separate dept.
