8600GTS and temperatures ?!?!

Hi there and greetings from Bulgaria!
I very happy with my new XFX8600GTS 670M buth temperature of GPU is very high. In idle 58-60 over full load is 78-82 degrees. IS this temperatures normal ?

Automatic Fan control not working. After Loading the driver fan speed work at 40% and never run at full speed.
Air flow in my case is good and i don't have eny idea what is wrong.

Those temps are in the normal range for that video card, a little on the high side of the normal range, but ok none the less.

They look pretty much inline to every other one I've read about, but thats exactly why I water cool, I just can't deal with temps reaching those sort of upper limits.................;)
