I purchased a stick of Mushkin memory from NewEgg in April that had a rebate offered through Mushkin. I submitted everything properly on 4/10/07 and have received nothing from Mushkin. Their status-now website has no information regarding my status. I called their rebate service number 3 or 4 times, every time getting message I was next in line. I was left on hold for about a minute, then switched to voice mail to leave my name and number, which I did each time. I have never received a reply. I called Mushkin's home office, again no one would answer, so I left my name and number as requested (twice) and have recieved no reply. I tried sending an e-mail to their support, again have not had the courtesy of a reply.

This company has every indication of a business in trouble, or one that doesn't care about their customers.

If anyone has information how to contact them (other than what I have already done), I would appreciate knowing. I am ready to contact the state Attorney General's consumer fraud division to find out just what the problem is. I always thought Mushkin was a reputable company, but I now have serious doubts.

Sorry about your issues with your rebate. If you can PM me your full name, address, email address you have connected with your rma,if you did, model of memory and amount of rebate. I will get this sent out to you asap.

Regarding a meltdown, not at all, as you can see, forums are doing extremely well, the rebate company also is doing a great job, with very few issues like this.

I was unable to get your PM due to a link being in it and the forums rules for new members.

Can you send again without the link so I can get this worked out for you.

Thanks
