Hey all,

First off i'd like to tell everyone here how impressed i am with my XFX card. I will admit that i frequented eVGA and Asus video cards for a while there. I never thought of XFX as a quality brand but since buying my 7900GS i put them at the top since. Excellent product, but most of all excellent customer service!!

Now to my problem. The card pushes out a lot of heat as we all know. Unfortunatly this heat is not exausted from the case with the stock cooler. So i decided to purchase a cooler for it.

I emailed Thermaltake asking them if their TMG ND1 would fit the 7900GS as on their website it says it fits both 7900GT and 7900GTX. Sure enough i get an email back from someone from customer support saying that "Yes it will fits all 7900 series".

So i made the purchase and went to install it tonight only to notice that IT DOESN'T FIT!

So now im just done with Thermaltake as a company.

Finally to my question, does anyone know of any good coolers for the XFX 7900GS AGP card? It must allow the air to escape from the back of the case, again because of my cooling issue.

Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated.
And i look forward to becoming a helpful part of the forums.

For the AGP versions of these cards, I have not. None of the major aftermarket cooling solutions I know of work with these cards. Sorry Joms5 :icon_tiphat:

I was thinking something like the Zalman GPU cooler might work as it uses the standard 4 hole mounting system, but it doesn't exhaust the air out the rear of the case.
