modding a normal lcd to a touchscreen

hi, is there a way to take a a normal lcd monitor and convert it to a touchseen based monitor. i have 2 computers at home on in my room which is for everage gaming and a casual on in the living room, most of the time my mom uses it and its for mi little brother. I saw this video on youyube it was pretty awsome..check it out though. but please if anyone knows how to please tell me =D.

I think he just bought the screen already like that. You can get the same gadgets for windows as well with the turning screen and animated windows, but I forgot what the program is called. Preety neat though.

Yeah, that was the good part. :) And that should be some flavor of linux, I'd be surprised if that was Windows XP.

beryl. comes preinstalled in sabayon. just another linux port. turns out a buddy is running the same thing in ubuntu told me to grab sabayon if i wanted to check it out.
