We always here horror stories about the delivery guys in brown - we don't often get to see the evidence as illustrated in your review.

Less face it - this kind of delivery services is unacceptable and patently inexcusable. Some one has to take the time to purposely mishandle the item. What do they do? - throw it across the room? Throw it from the loading dock into the back of the truck? Put it on a pallet and cinch down pallet holding straps across the package?

It's time a resounding howl was heard from we buying customers to the sellers that we won't buy from them if they won't take the time to at least admonish people like UPS. I had a viewsonic 19" LCD monitor arrive on my front porch completely trashed. The packaging looked as if it had been dragged behind the truck instead of in it. The screen was cracked and the monitor totally unusable. You would think the delivery driver would think twice about even leaving something in that condition at some one's home or business.

It's a hassle and probably cost NewEgg to go through the RMA process and then try to get reimbursed for a ruined item by UPS.

Many of us willingly overlook minor dents and scratches because we have the thing we wanted finally and RMA is a hassle. But when you see a package arrive in the condition of the TAGAN A in your review - come on - should you put up with that? Should we force the manufacturers to double their efforts to protect the item in shipment and then probably pass that addditional cost on to us? I think not - we need to find a way to hold the sellers feet to the fire so they in turn will hold the shipper more responsible. If we start RMA'ing every beat up package delivered to us without first opening it up to hopefully see that nothing is broken - someone will get the message.

In a case like this I am very happy to report that Tagan was very quick to send out a new sample.

The way it works is that I took pictures of the damage which I forwarded to Tagan. They sent UPS to pick the item up and started an insurance claim on the item. With my pictures as proof UPS will have to reimburse Tagan for the value of the case.

The "punishment" for UPS is monetary in this instance and I would advise anyone using ANY shipping company to use insurance and take photos before sending and as soon as you receive something for this exact reason.

I was thinking that too. It also looks like my Silverstone TJ07 case. One thing I like better is that Tagan included drive bay covers to stealth your dvd burners. I wonder if they would sell those as spare parts so I can use them on my case.

Thats the case i'm going for.
I like the V2000 too from Lian li but I think that one looks a little better.
I would stick my mach II GT at the bottom of it.
ARGH I NEED MONEY I WANT THAT CASE !!!!!!!
