View Full Version : Cross-shipping my ticket

Hello guys,
My 7900GT has been seriously artifacting and XFX has approved an RMA for me but when I asked them for cross shipping, they say that they don't have such a program even though I remember several people on this board getting cross shipments. The video card is in my family's primary computer and it would be a major inconvience to have it disabled for an unknown amount of time. Is there anyway to convince them to cross-ship it a replacement to me? My ticket number is 97353 for any tech that may be listening. Thanks!

You may offer to give them a credit card # for the crosship and they may do it that way. I know they have to be protected to make sure they get the bad product back.

Yeah I definitely understand their need for protection, and I would absolutely provide them with a credit card given the chance, I used to cross ship hard drives this way, and it was pretty effortless. I was hoping it would be the same way with XFX.
