From last D-Day plus one to the Fourth of July is exactly how many days that I've been working without a day off.

The grind is starting to wear me down but hope is in sight. More fellas are joining the project.

It's about time too. All my parts are here for my monster gaming rig build. They're collecting much dust...

and becoming more obsolete as each day passes. :frown:

The longest period I've ever worked without a day off was 108 days straight. 12 hour nights, 7 days a week for three and a half months.

Slugbug, I'm a wimp and you're the undisputed winner.

I hope that I never come close to your record.

After 35 days straight of only working 8 hour days, I got a day off.

It was Tuesday the 10th and I slept for 13 straight hours.

I may get a day off next week as well but we're gettin' ready to ramp up.

I won't be home much and I'm not using much electricity so I've decided to start building my beastie tomorrow.

With my keeping her running 24/7, I'll feel that I'm doing my part to promote global warming.

Try going to a war zone for 6 months to a year or more if you want to see how it is to go without any time off.........;)

To be honest, I also enjoied my tour there during the first war. OH, and the damger money (Tax Free) is fantastic, but not really worth your life in the grand scope of things.
