It's a good time for those on the fence about the PS3... not for me though. It's still too expensive for my tastes. Perhaps after this holiday season, when Blu-Ray/HD-DVD players will have become more affordable, perhaps the PS3 will drop even more to compensate for that :P Doubt it, but I can hope ;)

Got the PS3 in mail yesterday and boy is it heavy!
The controller is veryyyy light without the rumble pack. No worries yet.

I am disappointed that is only comes with a composite cable for the price paid.
I ordered a 6ft HDMI cable from monoprice.com for cheap.

I can't want to see some high deaf craziness!
Oh and it exhausts A LOT of heat

Yeah, but at least it expels the heat quietly. Almost all my friends had to get the fan accessory for their Xbox 360. That thing makes it even more noisy...
