Hey I'll make this short.
I haven't googled much about it but anyways I was wondering since there is so many option on the striker extreme and i'm slowly setting every single one of them to my likings instead of setting some on Auto I was wondering what SPP <-> MCP Ref Clock meant and what I should set it to...?

This sounds like the southbridge to northbridge connection speed. Someone else can correct me if I am wrong.
You would not need to adjust this to improve your OC if I am correct.

Yah you are right it is what you said it is.
I set it to 200MHz which is what everyone sets it to for default.

Leave at its default setting as changing its value doesn't improve your OC or improve performance.

im not touching it lol as i dont have a mobo right now beside this asrock dual vsta lol some sort of via chipset that sucks lol i just want to understand it more. so the frequency is stock 200mhz with a 5X multi? both ways?
so in total you do get a 2ghz hyperlink?

Yah default is 200.
On my BIOS I doesn't show what AUTO sets it to thats why I wanted to know what the default setting was.
I didn't want to leave it on AUTO so I set it myself to 200 which is the default.
I'm trying to have as little as possible settings set to AUTO.

Leaving them set to auto won't affect anything.
