XFX 680ilt with q6600???

Hi!!!
Does the XFX 680 ilt supports intel q6600 without the p05 bios? I would like to buy this motherboard but I do not know if the bios installed (I'm sure that is a previous version of p05) is compatible with the processor ! I do not own another cpu compatible with the 680i so I cannot update the bios and than install the quad-core! Please help me!

the 680i lts 680i normal should automatically support with the intail bios release a good suggestion is to go to xfx webby and see what bios version supports what ....

it will run without any issue. the Q6600 is FSB 1066 so you probably don't need bios update. the new bios update only for cpu that are runnin gat fsb 1333, but it's alwasy good idea to keep it up to date.
