I noticed a new P3 bios is available for the XFX 650i Ultra which has these improvements:
*Quad-core OC improvements
*Additional support for 1333 Kentsfield CPUs
I haven't powered on the board yet so I have no idea which bios version it has.
If I do need to update the bios first, will the board boot with the E6750 and allow me to do that?

Only issue I can really think of is the CPU will show as an unrecognized chip but it should boot up without any problems.

As long as it lets me flash the bios.

There have been reports over at ES forums of some boards not posting without a bios flash, I'm not sure what chipset that has happened with, but it's not a bad idea to know someone with a older LG775 CPU just in case.

Another quick question. Will Crucial Ballistix PC2-8500 ram run full speed on this board?

The XFX 650i Ultra has a max memory voltage of 2.1v and the Crucial Ballistix 2GB PC2-8500 sticks are rated at 2.2v but who knows as you might not need 2.2v to get it to DDR2-1066, also thats if they can be set to DDR2-1066 on this board.

The Ballistix will run at 2.1V. I overclocked to 1000MHz with that voltage and passed both Memtest86 and Orthos.

You overclocked 1066 ram to 1000? That would be underclocked ;-)
I ordered my E6750 today. Hopefully it'll arrive later this week.
