As most of you already know, I just got back less than a week ago from a two-weeks business trip in Brussels, Belgium. :icon_tiphat:
Now, I just got informed on Thursday, that I need to go urgently on Sunday to one of our customers in Austria :jawdrop:, so...as you can guess, I'll have my next business flight this coming Sunday, but this time luckily, it's a short trip and I'll be back by the end of the week, hopefully by Friday (I'll be already back in Israel).
Hopefully, this time the Internet at the hotel won't be "that" EXPENSIVE like it was in Belgium, or even better, hopefully it'll be FREE OF CHARGE...

zachig, you are one luck guy that you get to see the world as that would be one great experience. How many people can say they saw the world? I would say you are getting pretty close since you have been almost everywhere.
Have fun on your trip and don't work too hard since I would consider it a small vacation :icon_tiphat:

Ya, it may affect your health but i know job is a job & you can't say no.Why don't you make a new thread after each of your visits to diff places & show us some pics if you happen to shoot any during your tours. We, who don't have the opportunity to see the world would love to see those pics.

Yeah, I know that. But don't forget that I'm married, and I personally think (and feel) that it's much more difficult for a married person to go aboard for several days (and sometimes even several weeks).
And currently I DON'T have any kids, but when I WILL HAVE, it'll become even more difficult. :frown:
But like you said, at least I see the world, and that's a GREAT thing, so everytime I miss home and my wife, I try to look on the bright side...

Yes...too many flights can affect one's health. This time it's quite a short flight, but I really don't like the long flights of 10-12 hours...:frown:
Anyway, I know I promise sometimes to post some pictures I took while I've been abroad but actually never post them...
I guess I'm just too lazy , but I like you idea and I just need to find the time for it. ;-)
I'll try to do my best and share with you some pictures when I'll get back, as well as some pictures from my previous flights and business trips...:icon_tiphat:

Thanks,we'll be waiting and i think you r not lazy but you spend times with your family (which is very good) after you get back from each tours & share the stories with your wife about your trip & you don't get time to post pics because when you have some time to spare, you get another call from your office that you will have to go to another place. In this way,you don't always get times to do something even if you like to do it.

Hi guys!
I finally made it and arrived Vienna, Austria safely a few minutes ago after a VERY LONG flight.
Since I've been informed on my urgent flight to Austria only on Thursday afternoon, the only flight I could find was with a connection flight through Frankfurt, Germany. :frown:
Anyway, it's already 1:00 after midnight, so I'm going to sleep soon. ;-)
Tomorrow I'll move to another hotel, located in Leoben, Austria, very close to the site of our customer...
We'll be in touch tommorrow...:icon_tiphat:

Lederhosen...You're all crazy
And if that's not crazy enough, I was walking today in the evening on the main street of Bruck, which is a small town where my hotel is located, and guess what? In one of the stores I actually saw a....LEDERHOSEN for sale  I though about buying one, serisouly, just to have it, and OF COURSE, NOT for wearing it...;-) But, I found out that it costs more than 500 EURO!!! :jawdrop:
I didn't have my camera with me, but I'll try to go there again tomorrow, before I'm leaving back to Israel, in order to (at least) take a picture...

LIL............Zachig, you're turning into a special ops IT pro, if you keep up all these business trips, you'll end up spending less time at home than I did when I was in the service. But I'm sure that you're making one heck of a lot more money than I ever did.................:ahhhhh:

He also doesn't have any other way too.I know he often thinks that he should give his wife/home a bit more quality time but his duty never permits him to do that.Anyways he's serving people & not all people get that opportunity to help people.

But I'm sure that you're making one heck of a lot more money than I ever did.................:ahhhhh:
Don't be that sure . I'm not additionaly paid for my trips. :frown:
I'm actually getting only $50 a day, in order to cover my daily expenses (breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc.) in addition to my regular salary in Israel.
So for example, if I'm travelling to Europe, the $50 per day are barely enough, and sometimes I'm spending even more.
But, if I'm travelling to China, I'm not spending more than 10-15$ a day for food/drinks, so I can save sometimes around 35-40$ a day, and if I'm travelling for a long period, I can save sometimes around 500-600$ and then I can use that money to buy some hardware......or...to put it aside and give it for something in the future...;-)
