650i Ultra mobo and a 1333MHz FSB CPU

It has come to our attention as well as NVIDIA’s that CPU’s with a FSB speed of 1333MHz will not allow the any of the 650i Ultras motherboards (regardless of manufacture) with a BIOS version P01 or P02 to post at all. The 680i SLI and 680i LT will post but show the incorrect CPU info until their latest BIOS update is performed. We are currently updating as many of the 650i Ultras as well as ensuring productions is using the latest BIOS version in an effort to prevent such a situation. I bought xfx 650i ultra one week ago and i updated its bios with the Winflash supplied with your web site to (650iU_P03)and the motherboard worked fine for 3 or four days but yesterday while i am playing video file the system suddenly froze!!
I restarted the system and the same happened again.
I tried to remove the battery of cmos and nothing happened.
I sent it back to the seller and replaced it with new one and now i am afraid from upgrading my bios again as i am not sure where the proplem is??

My system: xp sp2 with latest updates.
CPU: intel core 2 duo E6550
Motherboard: xfx 650i ultra
HDD: western digital 160GB sata 2
Ram: kingstone 2 G at dual channel mode
Graphic card: xfx7300gt 256mb

I wouldnt worry too much about that, I would point more towards a hardware failure then the BIOS, especially since you went a few days after the BIOS flash with everything working properly.

I have a xfx 650i ultra wish cpu 2.33 (1333) the board is dead, I need udgrade the bios but I dont find S/N in my board, where is, many number but the serial number i dont find
I know that in www.xfx force I can find the udgrade but dont have serial number
Please can help me
