Defective ATI Radeon HD 2400 and 2600 graphics cards were apparently released into circulation after the AMD graphics card diagnostic and validation software did not detect a bug in the ATI GPUs. The problem in the cards appears to stem from an error in the BIOS application process. Numerous vendors reported that they have experienced a problem with the Radeon cards.


Another problem for AMD.

Interesting. What else could go wrong for AMD/ATI. I bet people that bought those new radeons arent feeling too happy right about now. Definatly not good for ATI's rep :frown:

Ya, they have started loosing their reputation/market share when they have brought the 2900XT after much delay.
