Torrents are not illegal. They are a means of distributing media. Blizzard uses bit-torrent to distribute updates.

Suprnova.org returning is not illegal as we will have to see if they offer legal only downloads.

The issue of legality comes into question when said site offers illegal downloads.
To further grey the issue, if you name a site that hosts (or points to) illegal files for other to download LEGAL media, does this warrant removal?

Truly mind-numbing.


P.S. Any site that returns should be HEAVILY scrutinized for RIAA involvement prior to downloading ANYTHING.
