I'm not sure if you guys have seen this before...
I know these guys were looking for reviewers a while back but anyways check this out.
A review has just been posted on anandtech and I know there has been a few others.
Would be nice if bjorn3d checked them out to see if they really perform that great :p

The_dope showed me the website almost a year ago and I think for anyone who wants a quiet PC this could look nice...
Not sure I would like a butterfly in my PC though but its original.

I think I might consider buying one of those kind of HSF for my girlfriend.
I think she would be happy.

Those one's you posted are probably a little more expensive then the ZEROTherm ones though since they have a front panel controller.

the vanessa is a real nice cooler. have seen it and it looks beautiful. i have no idea how it would perform... but i like them lol. kinda cute. but sexy? i dont know.. what the hell drove them to make a butterfly CPU cooler anyways? like a bat would be great!!!

Or how about a dragon/snake heatsink that went all over the insides of your case? Of course, there would need to be some sort of support bracket or something to suspend it inside.

I like the shine they gave the butterfly cooler though. That's a + in my book.

now that would be great!! a snacked out heatpipe and fin combo kinda like the current ASUS setup... covering more then one chip.
i dont know if that would be possible... cooling the chipset aswell as the CPU in one unit? i guess then the cooler would have to be board specific..

Well imagine a motherboard maker like ASUS and the striker extreme.
But instead of just have a few HS and heatpipes that could have made some kind of big dragon or something like that cooling the Mosfet NB and SB.
Of course it would take some place though and some people wouldn't like it because of that.
But it would look awesome !!!

EXACTLY pure WOW factor of awesomeness. i imagine a heatpipe like that would work pretty good too alot of surface area just running the pipe from one thing to another... is someone reading this that matters?.... i hope so.... i also think a gold plated CPU heatsink is in order. imagine the TT ultra 120 with a gold plateing!!!!

Does gold dissipate heat a lot?

i think it does.... i know it has a huge conductivity... it melts a really low point... i dont know how well it transfers heat i just think it would be soooo PIMPED like how zalman nickel coats the NT series coolers.

It would be bling bling.
But then again I wouldn't pay the price :p

HOW MUCH WOULD A GOLD MOBO WIEGH!!!!
thing is gold is so conductive... i dont think it could be sued anywhere but where the volts were supposed to be...
but i would be the most pimped out motherboard of alll time!!!
