IRQ_NOT LESS_OR_EQUAL error message

I have a Nforce 650i ultra motherboqrd and when installing windows i get an error message that says irq not less or equal. What does this mean???

First off, what other hardware do you have in your machine and when are you recieving this error message exactly?

I recomend you try memtesting (http://www.memtest.org/) it.
