[XFX Geforce 8800 Ultra XXX] Now, won't boot up

I have purchased my XFX Geforce 8800 ultra XXX (685/2300) back in June 2007 and when I received and started running, it showed lots of artifacts. Even when I set Anti-aliasing setting to 16xQ, it just freezes, blue screen, blackout, etc. So frustrated, I mean it is the best video card in the market!!! and now I switched my motherboard to Asus Maximus Formula SE and computer won't boot up. But, If I put 8600 GTS that I have, it works great! With Asus Striker Extreme mobo and my old mobo and 8800 ultra, no working no boot up.
Motherboard Poster LCD says Video Bios error.
What's wrong with my 8800 Ultra?

My system is

Q6600 2.4Ghz
4GB G.Skill 6400hz DDR2-800
Asus P5K-Deluxe /WiFi/AP (Now Asus Maximus Formula SE)
WD Raptor 150GB
XFX GeForce 8800 Ultra XXX
Zalman ZM-850HP 850W PSU

Does anybody have the same problem with your 8800 Ultra?
I opened the ticket at xfxforce.com
Should I have something to do or change setting or something before I sent it back for RMA?

Try downclocking the video card to see if that helps, if so then an RMA may be needed. Test it out and then let me know the ticket number so we can get this resolved for you.

I cannot even boot up my computer with 8800 Ultra now so, I am not able to downclock the video card. But, I have downclocked my 8800 Ultra to 650 core and 2200 Memory before (when it worked) and it worked fine. but now it is not even booting up my computer. Something is definitely wrong with the Video card I think.

Computer does not even boot up with 8800 Ultra and I tested with 3 other Mobo and 3 PSUs with both Q6600, E6600, Several different RAMS. No hope.
